DESIGN AND PERFORMANCE TEST OF SPOILER BLADES OF THE DIRECT SEED-METERING DEVICE FOR RICE

چکیده
In order to improve air pressure utilization and working performance, the direct seed-metering device for rice was designed with spoiler blades embedded in cavity. The study carried out using theoretical analysis hydrodynamic methods obtain optimum structure of blades. Taking rotating speed cavity, negative filling height as test factors, multiple regression response surface were best parameters results showed that when cavity 23.56 r/min, 4.97 kPa 12.82 cm, qualified index 95.21%, missing 3.28% 1.51%, which seeding performance. Comparing without blades, installation can performance under parameters. This provide a reference design rice.
